Program Notes

We have a few programs scheduled for the Fall and early Winter.

On September 18 Irv Jahns will present a chip carved ornament program. If you have a chip carving knife that will be great. If you do not have this type of knife, don't despair. A sharp detail knife will work just fine. The knife must be sharp. Also bring a ruler and pencil with an eraser.

On October 16 Adelle Grosskopf will have an angel ornament available to be carved. The November 13 program will be presented by Robert Christian. The subject is still to be decided.

Our Holiday Party and prize drawing will be held December 18. Sometimes we may get some carving in so you may come prepared for that.

If you plan to enter carvings in the Pensacola Fair, have your entries to us no later than the October 16 meeting. Hopefully, we will have someone available to take the entries to Pensacola and to pick them up.

Ever wonder where door prizes come from? They are donated by you, the members!
